Here is one of my experimented salad recipe with the combination of chicken and Pineapple.

Ingredients:

1. 3 to 4 slices of tinned pineapples
2. Boiled and shredded chicken
3. 2 spoons Mayoneisse
4. Salt to taste
5. Blackpepper
6. Pinch of Oregano seasoning

Method:
1. Boil the chicken and shred into pieces. You can also take chicken Salamis (hams) and cut them into small pieces.
2. Cut the pineapple slices in small pieces (same size as the chicken pieces)
3. Put them in a bowl
4. Add the mayoneisse.
5. Add some blackpepper and salt. Remember that mayoneisse also contains some salt so, be careful while adding the salt.
6. Mix them well. In the end, add some oregano.

Serve it chilled.
